Please type your username or email address below and click "Reset Password." You must provide the email address or username associated with your ECPA community profile. Once submitted, an email address will be sent to the address on file and will include a link back to the site to reset your password.
Note: if you are the ECPA Designated Representative for a member company, you may be sent two password reset emails, one for your individual profile and another for your company profile. To avoid this, enter the user name of the profile you wish to reset the password for. If you do not know the user name, enter your e-mail address and then ensure that you only use the password reset link in the e-mail addressed to the profile that you are wanting to create a new password for.
If you do not receive an e-mail immediately after submitting this form, but believe that you have have an active profile in ECPA's database, please contact us by clicking the "Contact" link at the top of the site and we can make the necessary changes to allow you access once again.
Upon submitting a valid username or email address, an email will be sent to the address associated with your profile. The email will contain a link back to our website which will allow you to reset your password.
You may need to check your email program's SPAM filter as this "Reset Password" email may be treated as SPAM.
